As we all take in information differently, the most positive approach to using affirmations is to see them, hear them and say them. I have therefore provided a written list of affirmations to help with weight loss as well as a spoken version of the same.
I have left gaps between my reading of these so that you can repeat what I have said. It is a good idea to say them in front of a mirror so that you can look yourself in the eye as you do this. Really say them like you mean them and these positive messages will replace any negative ones that you have around weight loss.
